Guidelines
Students in the Chiropractic program are eligible to order paper business cards the quarter they enter Outpatient Clinic using a credit/debit card. The University has transitioned employees from paper cards to the more efficient and effective digital version via HiHello.com. Namebadges, nameplates and stationery have been transferred from Central Stores to our Staples.com account.
Clinic Student Business Cards
While logged into the LIFE network, browse to https://www.staplesadvantage.com/idm and log in using these credentials.
Once logged in, select Clinic Students Business Cards from the Lists section on the main page and begin to customize your card..
After entering your information, proceed to checkout and enter your credit card information and uncheck “Add card to my profile”. Submit your order. If you have issues navigating the site, watch this video guide for assistance.
Your bank statement charge will appear as “Staples.com” upon successful payment processing. You will receive an email from Mail Services once your order is ready for pickup from our office – typically in about 10 business days (2 weeks). A box of 500 business cards cost ≈$40 and 1000 cards cost ≈$60.
You are responsible for any errors not caught while proofing prior to submitting your order.

Currently, I.T. is absorbing the cost of this technology/software so there is no impact to your departmental budget.
Name Badges & Stationery
After logging into your Staples account, click View All from the “Lists” section on the main page. Locate the item, customize it and add it to your cart just like other office supplies.

Employee requests for paper cards must be approved by their department VP and emailed to Purchasing@life.edu for special ordering.
