HEOA was signed into law on August 14, 2008 and final regulations were issued on October 29, 2009. Regulation enforcement began officially on July 1, 2010 however, since its inception, Life University has remained at the forefront of insuring good faith compliance in all areas.
For the convenience of our current and prospective students, and in compliance with the HEOA Act of 2008, the information available via the Life.edu website and additional links listed within this website segment are provided in order to explicitly inform students of specific information required by law.
